The Outside.

An average sized five door car fits easily in the rear part of the outside space.

The outhouse contains plumbing for a washing machine and an outlet for a dryer as well as plugsockets for other white goods (freezer etc) and plenty of storage space. On a warm evening the garden is both an enclosed and private place to sit.

Put up an umbrella and pour a gin!

Unlike the vast majority of houses around here, there is off road parking at the back. There is plenty of space for a normal sized car and easy entry from the back. Please note as the house is unfurnished, the garden furniture will not be included.
